Planate-Aderas Joint Venture Polaris GWAC SDVOSB award

The Planate-Aderas Joint Venture (JV) announces it has been awarded a Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Pool by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The contract (47QTCC26DV021) enables the JV to provide a broad range of information technology (IT) and engineering services to federal agencies across the United States and internationally.

About the Polaris GWAC
The GSA’s Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract is a small business-focused GWAC designed to streamline federal procurement of customized IT services and services-based solutions. Under Polaris, federal agencies may procure mission-critical capabilities, including but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Robotic Process Automation
  • Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
  • IT Operations and Maintenance
  • IT Security
  • Software Development
  • Systems Design
  • Blockchain

Federal agencies leverage Polaris to access pre-qualified, high-performing small business partners able to deliver advanced technological capabilities and innovative solutions efficiently and compliantly. The Polaris SDVOSB Pool base ordering period runs from December 2, 2025 through December 1, 2030.

About the Planate-Aderas Joint Venture
The Planate-Aderas JV combines Planate’s deep global expertise in systems engineering and mission support with Aderas’s strong capabilities in IT service delivery. Under the Polaris GWAC, SDVOSB Pool, the JV will deliver enterprise IT and engineering services, custom software, cloud platforms, AI-enabled development, and more to support federal clients in achieving strategic objectives.
